Booked a 2 king 2 room suite. Checked in yesterday to “ensure we get our room selection” and even got a room number. After 13 hours of driving, we arrived and they told us they overbooked the hotel, but they had a smaller 2 queen 1 room suite available… great part is that the available room is cheaper, but they would not give us money back to make the difference.
This should be absolutely illegal if it isn’t already. We took our business elsewhere, we encourage you all do too.

I was woken up in the night by front desk and maintenance saying the key that was given to me was emergency key. She couldn’t wait till morning or just slide the key or call the room to explain prior. The way 2 people came and knocked on my door despite me not opening was not safe. I am still here tonight and hopefully no more incidences in the night,

Seeing some of the recent review made us a little nervous, but we kept our reservation and were so glad we did.
The room was spotless, service was friendly, and the lobby felt so welcoming.
We really enjoyed spending time in the pool and the hotel gym.
Lots of great food options close by and traffic isn’t terrible if you know how to avoid waiting at the light at Constitution and College Dr.

I encountered issues with my reservation, which necessitated its cancellation. Initially, they promised me a refund. This incident occurred back in October, and it’s been two months since then. Despite my repeated calls, they persistently claim to be in touch and will get back to me. However, when the day arrives, I receive no response . If they couldn’t issue me a refund, why couldn’t they have informed me of that from the start? I’ve been very understanding, but this situation has become increasingly absurd. I feel lied to and that they are not being transparent.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation - it simply does not live up to the expectations of a Hilton brand hotel. Our room had trash on the floor, peeling wallpaper, tape on the ceiling, and a stained shower curtain. Upon arrival one of the beds wasn't even made. The pool was a nasty green color - my kids were so disappointed they couldn't swim. While the website advertises Room Service, there was no room service. We had to go downstairs and eat in the lobby. The food we ordered was cold and not appetizing. There is not a breakfast buffet, it's all cooked to order. Not a bad thing, but when traveling with children this is a really important fact that needs to be clearly stated on the website. It's a huge inconvenience with little kids when you're trying to get out the door. The hotel staff were very kind, but the hotel itself and amenities were grossly lacking.
