    Stay away if you’re not a fan of bugs. I saw multiple roaches and spiders in my room - even a ladybug. Rooms are old and dirty. This hotel needs a full renovation.

    I stay here often for work, never disappoints. Always clean and very quiet. Great location with fast food, convenience stores and even a restaurant within walking distance.

    DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your sanity!!! I am writing this as I pack all my things for the 3rd time and moving rooms! The first room i received, I walked in and instantly was greeted at the door by the smell of what I believed to be a mold and a wet dog mix. I immediately did an about-face and went to the lobby to tell them that this room is unacceptable. The lady at the desk was very polite and moved my room and apologized for the inconvenience. The next room was not much better. There was a LOT of hair in the shower! I settled in and went to sleep only to be waken up to a small dogs non-stop barking. I went downstairs again and the front desk lady apologized and said she can move me to another room. I told her I don’t want keep playing musical chairs with rooms, I want to sleep!! I am a truck driver. I am in this area a few times a month. I chose this hotel because of the “Hilton standard” that you expect to experience when you stay at one of their hotels. This hotel however does not live up to par. we only are allowed 10 hours of rest. After driving for 11 hours today, all I wanted was a comfortable bed and peace and quiet… I have to be on the road in a few hours and I’m exhausted! I pray I don’t wreck today! Update: I left the hotel and checked into the Laquita next door. I was greeted with a smile and a clean quiet room the first time. Definitely will be booking with Laquita again!

    We arrived around 10pm. Our son was having emergency surgery early the next morning. They said they were out of king rooms so they upgraded us to a king suite. First appearance it looked nice, but that was not true. There was only 1 hand towel and the shower was not clean, in fact there was a bar of used soap in the shower. Down in the lobby dust on the curtain rails and on the items sitting high up covered in dust. As for service well the guy coming onto his shift looked like he hadn’t slept. We stood for about 10 minutes then the lady checked us in. I worked as an executive Housekeeper, this is below standards. No one at the desk the next morning, to greet and send off customers just shows poor customer service. The front desk should always present themself as positive to make the customers feel satisfied and want to stay again. Word travels fast and negative feelings go much faster. This trip was an emergency operation on our son.
