The breakfast crew kept the buffet rolling. Nothing got empty. The cleaning staff kept our room clean and stocked with fresh towels. Not once did I have to call down for fresh anything. I didn't get time to check out the pool.

Reasons: Pulling in everything was 5 star and easy to get into parking lot and parked. Upon walking into Lobby: staff at front door did acknowledge us but really dint have a spark personality as expected and either new to the position or nervous of his role as front door recipitionist. The Hotel has a large variety of snacks and non Alcoholic beverages for purchase. The Twin Queen room was nice layout but the bathroom was in need of cleaning. Mold is easily seen in the shower wall corners and wall. Floor near Toilet on bathroom was dirty. Will add more to this in next few days.

Coffee ,tea hot choc was always ready.The beds was firm and the pillows soft.Clean rooms !! Clean bathrooms!!Workout rooms and Salt water Pool !! Free breakfast Hot and cold.Waffles,oatmeal,cereal,eggs,sauage,biscuits,fruit,yogurt,etc.Very clean!! We will be back.You can see The Ark from our room that was cool !!

When I walk in I ask the lady at the help desk if there was a restaurant in the establishment. Instead of saying no she said our breakfast is for customers only. Which I totally understand. So I asked he if we could pay for breakfast. She basically says the same thing. Which then I question why dont you want my money? So I ask for a corporate card and she then tells me if im not a guest she threatened to tow my vehicle. Listen I just wanted to find a place for breakfast, and was willing to pay for it. With this person's attitude I will never stay in any of your establishments.
