- FWfred weberNov 16, 20251.0I stayed at a hotel that didn't have breakfast so we decided to go here to have breakfast. When I walk in I ask the lady at the help desk if there was a restaurant in the establishment. Instead of saying no she said our breakfast is for customers only. Which I totally understand. So I asked he if we could pay for breakfast. She basically says the same thing. Which then I question why dont you want my money? So I ask for a corporate card and she then tells me if im not a guest she threatened to tow my vehicle. Listen I just wanted to find a place for breakfast, and was willing to pay for it. With this person's attitude I will never stay in any of your establishments.

Our room was dirty and three of my family members fell in the shower because it was so slippery. I reported this to the staff and they didn’t respond or seem to care. I called Hampton customer service to place a complaint and was told they would speak to the hotel and get back to me. That was weeks ago at this point. I do not recommend this hotel. Much nicer and friendlier ones up the road.

He is a conssumate professional and a great ambassador for the Hilton Brand. He went above and beyond to help me and guide me. Super job!
- KMKristen MannNov 4, 20251.0Worst hotel experienceI have ever had. Chemical smell in room. Forever to check in. Unorganized. Receipt says they offer food all day until 10 pm. They probably meant 10 am. Charged me double room rate. Then in middle of my 2 day stay, they double booked my room and told me I had to leave. I left and rented a room at the nearby motel and had a nice experience at the other motel. No customer service. I strongly don't recommend.

All mid week dates. AFTER HOURS ON THE PHONE, THEY REFUSE TO CHANGE THE DATES BEWARE BOOKING !!!!!!!!! Now passed around to people in Spain, Phillipines and India ! Hampton Inn replied, saying call them and gave me a # to call. I called and was told they could not help and forwarded me to yet another # STILL JUST TRYING TO CHANGE THE DATE OF MY STAY ----- why is this so hard ??????
