I’m a long time Hilton Honors member and I am rarely disappointed with Hampton Inns. This property was the sole exception. We had no hot water. When I complained I was informed at the desk that this is a chronic problem with this property. I’m sorry, but hot water is a non-negotiable for me.

This is our go-to hotel. Close to home, rather it's for an emergency or just a place to lay our head. The staff is on point. The hot tub may still be broken, as we didnt venture that way, but plan to in March 2026. We requested the same room everytime, which is huge. Ashley and her team make the magic.

Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else. This place is filthy from top to bottom. Dust and grime on the mirrors, lights, and every corner of the room. Maintenance issues were never fixed even after we told the front desk multiple times — they clearly don’t care.
The elevators looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years, floors all discolored and sticky. The pool area was a nightmare — busted tiles everywhere, loose and unsafe pool stairs, and the hot tub is literally boarded up and “out of order.” Breakfast was just as bad: watery eggs, one sad meat option, and gnats flying all over the pastries.
And if that wasn’t enough, we had to listen to housekeepers yelling and cussing down the halls. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable. This hotel is run down, nasty, and clearly not managed by anyone who cares about guests. We will never be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy.

Stayed for 2 nights with my husband and 2 children, both under 10 years of age.
They seemed to be short staffed at their reception desk. But every employee we met was kind.
Hot tub was out of order and boarded up.
Room could have been cleaned with a little more detail, but the beds were very comfortable.
They served their Canadian bacon in water, which made it flavorless. No other meat options for breakfast.
Not a terrible stay, but have had better.
