- STSarah TrenaloneJan 4, 20264.0Overall really nice experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent with lots of options. Two things that were disappointing (but wouldn’t affect me staying here again): 1- The online check in process only gave me 1st floor room options if I didn’t want to pay more. No biggie, but odd. (Also, no complimentary water or welcome cookie, which was kind of a shame but also fine.) 2- I’d called ahead at the number listed on my reservation for late checkout requests just to see if it was an option. (It would’ve made our plans on checkout day easier, but it wasn’t a big deal.) To my surprise, on the phone I was told they could guarantee me a 3pm late checkout with no fee. When I arrived though, I was told that wasn’t on my reservation and if I wanted to stay past the normal checkout time that I’d be charged a full 2nd nights rate for the room. Again, it wasn’t the end of the world, but since I’d been so adamantly told on the phone that I could definitely have a 3pm checkout, it was a little disappointing. That said, overall this hotel was just as nice as I’ve come to expect from Hampton Inns and I’d stay here again.
