  We stayed at Home2 Suites on our way home from a a week long vacation to break up the drive. (It was located right off the expressway) I called last minute and they were able to book me a fantastic room that worked great for my family (My wife and I and 3 kids of 6,4,2). Lots of space and very clean! We didn't swim, but the pool was a decent size and looked fun for the kids. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick and tasty breakfast on our way out. Would highly recommend!

  I hope that someone from management sees this. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Rhonda at your front desk during our stay from December 26th-28th. While our overall experience at the hotel was excellent, Rhonda's actions warrant a special mention. On our first day, my 12-year-old daughter absentmindedly left her new Stanley cup, a Christmas gift she had only used for a few hours, on a lobby table. When a couple of other guests began eyeing the valuable item, Rhonda quickly and discreetly secured the cup, preventing it from being taken. Rhonda's awareness, quick thinking, and integrity saved my daughter from significant disappointment. This level of attentiveness to guest belongings and proactive service is commendable. Thank you again for employing such an excellent staff member.

  Shame on the staff at this location. My mom, who has my toddler niece and nephew with her, payed to stay here. Night #1, her air unit was making such noise in her room that none of them slept. Day #2 they had her switch rooms without any assistance (maybe drop off a luggage cart to a person with 2 toddlers on their own having to move rooms because your own faulty air unit?). Day 2 into Day #3, in the new room, the toilet keeps clogging and not working. After the 4th time she had to call to get it unclogged a man shoved a plunger at her and told her to “be sure to return it to the front desk.” My mom has my niece and nephew because she is attempting to give them Christmas memories with their cousins. Their mom, my sister and my mother’s daughter, was lost to us suddenly and tragically almost 2 years ago. This has nothing to do with the hotel except to say that the staff and the rooms my mom has stayed in, absolutely made a challenging time so much worse to a bereaved mom/grandma. My mom is a Veteran working as hard as she can for these babies to feel family time. She also spent so much money! SHAME on this hotel and its staff! If I see the man who shoved a plunger at her, I am going to tell him exactly how disgusting his behavior was to a paying customer at his place of work.

  Rooms are very nice, hotel is new. Pool is small and warm, about 88 degrees. Beds are comfy, soft how i like them. Two problems: My mother-in-law had two kids with her and had two rooms booked for another family to stay, as well. Long story short, they had to change rooms for faulty hvac unit and were not offered any assistance in moving (she had two kids under 3 by herself, one of which was showing symptoms of sickness). Ended up the kid developed a fever, so she canceled plans with the other family, and the hotel would not allow her to cancel the room. In addition, the toilet seat in the room had not been cleaned, there was all kinds of mess on it. I get policy and whatever, but the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth.
