    This hotel is 5 months old (11/23/25) so it's brand new! Our room was HUGE! The bed was super comfy and the hotel was quiet. We really appreciated the kiosk with local resources as well as the folder with the list of local restaurants and even menus.

    Stopped here for a night on our road trip. Rooms were clean and huge. Beds were comfortable with soft sheets. Large gym with free weights, cable machine and cardio equipment - could use more benches, only has one which seems silly with the space. Good location with plenty of food choices and stores around. Breakfast was fine, the lady stocking everything was very nice.

    I stayed one night. I booked ahead of time for a king suite, specifically because my husband is 6 and a half feet tall and a linebacker. Sharing a queen bed is not comfortable. When we arrived we were given a queen suite. When I entered the room, the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. There was a wet used wash cloth in the shower, the trash in the bathroom was full, the towels were a mess and there were hairs everywhere. The toilet paper was not changed and there was ripped paper towel laying next to the sink in the kitchen. the bed was not made well either. The trash in the kitchen also was not emptied. When I went to ask for a different room and that I had booked a king suite, even showing my reservation confirmation, I was told it was fully booked and no rooms were available. I get fully booked but I could still go on the website and book a room when I looked after I was told this. The person helping me said they would be up to clean things up. it took over 30 minutes for them to show up and they "cleaned" in 30 seconds with no cleaning products. They took the trash in the bathroom (not the kitchen), the wet wash cloth, and changed the toilet paper. Additionally the phone had no plug and was not working so I couldn't call the front desk. It was very clear the room had not been cleaned at all. I try to stay at Hilton affiliated places whenever I can but I was really disappointed by this and grossed out. I tried to send a message to the Hilton help desk to let them know what happened and did not receive a response from them. Do not recommend staying here. If something happens, they won't try to make it right.

    Here now for a one night stay. Arrived 3 hours ago to a room at 90°. Was told to turn the air down and wait. Never heard the word sorry or offered any solution. There are 8 empty rooms here and they won't move me because my room is now considered dirty. Was told I could check back at 2am for another room. My daughter has a soccer match in the morning at 8am and we drove nearly 200 miles through storms and blinding rain. We booked 3rd party so was told they can't refund us. BS! They can refund 3rd party and me. Can't believe the room was even approved to be ready. Im sure it's been sweltering all day. The room is clean and location is good. Customer service is absurdly disappointing. We will be in Richmond often with other families (14) and we will never stay here again. It is now down to 80° 3 hours and 45 mins.

    The hotel staff is very accommodating (love Sueann), the rooms are HUGE, the hotel is extremely clean, the staff is very warm and welcoming. So much more than just a bed to sleep in...beautiful pool, outdoor patio with grill, outdoor fireplace to unwind from a busy day. We would definitely stay again!! The 4 gals from Ohio
