The receptionist asked several times (at check-in, when we returned from dinner, etc) if she could do anything to make our experience better. The overnight staff were very pleasant. My husband couldn’t sleep and went to the Libby in the middle of the night. She helped him get some hot decaf and chatted with him. The food on the breakfast bar was fresh, tasty, and plentiful.
