She helped us with an issue of reservation through a 3rd party ( Agoda) She went out of her way to see that the issue is resolved including letting us use her personal cellphone. Other than that, the hotel was great

The front desk lady was rude, unclear about price of our stay, told us it was going to be 168 and turned around and took 950 off my card. when we went to go checkout the next day to get the rest of our money back they charged us a late checkout fee because the front desk was not clear about when checkout or check in was. I’m very unhappy with my stay. when we tried to get another hotel the rest of our money was still not transferred back for us to be able to get a different hotel. I will not be returning to this establishment. i’m writing this for the people traveling, DO NOT COME HERE !! it is a scam .
