  Exceptional Stay – Worth Every Mile from New Jersey My son is currently serving as a soldier at Fort Campbell, and my family drove all the way from New Jersey to visit him. After such a long trip, Hampton Inn Oak Grove Fort Campbell welcomed us with warm hospitality that truly exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. Our room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable — exactly what we needed after hours on the road. The entire property felt safe, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff made sure every guest felt welcomed. One thing we especially appreciated is that the hotel is pet-friendly. Our dog was welcomed with kindness, and that made our stay feel even more like home. If you're visiting Fort Campbell — especially military families — I strongly recommend this hotel. We felt valued, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. We will absolutely stay here again on every future visit. Thank you for making our trip even more meaningful.

  Quiet location, good quality with newer appointed items. The suite we had was an odd design, and was not really well supplied with towels. The toilet and shower were in a tiny room while the sink and couner were exposed to the rest of the room. It could use redesign and renovation.

  I really wish I could give this place a higher review. The majority of our stay was wonderful. We stayed her while moving and the staff made our kids and family feel comfortable while we were finishing up fixing up our home before putting it on the market and moving to another state. However, when we brought up a concern with our room (which i was hesitant to do due to anxiety) the manager was very unprofessional and rude towards my family which made our last day here very stressful and now I wish I never would have complained. This place for the most part is honestly great but under current management I cannot recommend staying here. Edit since the manager found it appropriate to go on a rant accusing me of trashing the room and having animals living in the room. I only find it appropriate that you get the full story. 1. The animals had only been in the room since the night before because we had paint drying in our home and had brought them to sleep at the hotel. The hotel is advertised as pet friendly and we had notified them that we would have animals and paid the pet fee prior to their arrival for the privilege to have our pets to stay there. 2. The clothes everywhere was laundry that that I was separating so I could go wash it. 3. The food everywhere was food we had leftover from breakfast that I had left out in case my daughter was still hungry. Shes more of a grazer.The trash was the trash bag from my husband's dinner from the night before that he had tied neatly into a bag. 4. She got upset with us for not having fresh linens. It is not our responsibility as guests to change our own sheets and throughout the duration of our stay we were never brought fresh linens until that day. I highly resent the accusations and the tone of her response is indicative of her attitude towards us as guests. I havs never been treated liks this in my life and pray I never have to again.

  This hotel is amazing. It's clean, the beds are comfortable, the ac/heat works perfectly in the room, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff were so kind. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because the day Front Desk ladies smoked right outside the front door. There is a bench right by the front door where they would sit and smoke their cigarettes. That in turn made the door area and lobby smell like smoke. They smelled like stale smoke as well. Highly disappointing for a Hilton property to allow employees to smoke that close to an area where guests are continually going in and out.
