  Wonderful hotel. Everything was so clean and spacious. Super friendly staff too. The keurig in the room was a nice surprise. Excellent location - within walking distance of the aquarium and BB Riverboat Tours, as well as plenty of amazing places to eat (for all budgets). I believe you can also walk across the bridge to Downtown Cincinnati.

  Stayed here because it was near the airport and it said they have Tesla chargers available. Got there after driving 12 hours and the 1 Tesla charger was being used by another Tesla. Apparently it's first come first served. They charge $15 for EV parking & $10 regular. The staff weren't helpful they looked at me like the crazy lady and they didn't care. It was a horrible experience. I was going to stay 3 nights with 2 rooms but we stayed 1 night and canceled the other nights. I wasn't going to fight over a charger with the other guest of the staff. I went to Home2 in Oakley. They have multiple tesla chargers and parking both complimentary. The breakfast so much better and the staff. The area was a lot better too more restaurants and activities. I enjoyed my trip after leaving the Hampton Inn. Heather Ruggles the office manager was no help to my situation. There are 2 Tesla chargers an 1 was out of order so only the 1 guest was charging his car. The parking fee was not waived I was charged the $15. No one mentioned to me calling the law enforcement. The office manager was rude. I did go to Meijer which was some distance. That's where I saw the Home2 Suites. I was not informed of anyone terminating my stay or calling the police. Whatever the person who reply to my review is saying lies. I decided to leave the premises due to the lack of tesla chargers. No one told me that I needed to leave. Very unprofessional. I stand by my review. The false claims made in the hotel’s response are disappointing and could be considered libelous, as they misrepresent what actually occurred.

  My daughter and I had a 1 night stay. Room was very clean & we had a wonderful view of Cincinnati and the Ohio river. You are a walk away from Newport on the Levee and both sport stadiums. If you have issues with flashing lights or loud music they sometimes have concerts across the street that end at 11PM, so if you have special needs, do put in an early request to be on the riverside. We had no issues and enjoyed the entertainment. Shout out to Heather, Brooke and the rest of the staff. Heather was EXCEPTIONAL! Super friendly, helpful and down right made you feel at home. A++++ service. We walked to the 1PM game the next and no issues leaving our car in the parking lot.

  Paid for a king suite with city view did not get city view got a church, paid extra a day for EV charging which is why we stayed in this hotel, women said we have an assigned number for us SPECIFICALLY when we checked in, was not able to charge for two days because others were in it, ask front desk lady and she was super rude and accusing me and my fiance of asking her to turn the charge on earlier in the day, earlier in the day we had asked for extra towels because house keeping never came to our room for any of stay we were there 5 days 4 nights and never came. Could’ve saved money and went to air bnb at this point.

  Paid top dollar for two nights. Stayed in RM6001. Great room however they provide service as you are staying in a low rate motel. When Our toilet clogged, and informed the maintenance guy he came over with a plunger, handed to me and walked away. I’m in disbelief. I guess for $230/ nights is not enough for them to look into the issue. Later on the same day, we asked the front desk for housekeeping, they told us that they only do it every other day. So I checked in Sunday night and leaving Tuesday morning. They will clean the room after we leave. Does it make any sense? The entrance of the hotel through service road. There’s no proper street direction how to get to the hotel. We circled around, crossed the bridge just to turn around do it all over again before we figured out out the entrance to the hotel. My advice, if at all possible, spend your money somewhere else. TRUST me on this. I travel quite a bit and I know when bad service only gets worse at hotels managed by unprofessional staff.
