The reason for 2 stars is because the morning after our first night I was in the lobby and could hear one of the employees, getting yelled at and degraded in the front lobby, I’m assuming by the General Manager. Whether the scolding and yelling was necessary, it shouldn’t have been at the front desk in front of guest and the other employees that were standing around. Very unprofessional on the General Managers part but the employee handled it well and did not cause a scene. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The price isn’t worth the stay anyways.
- JEJim EarlyDec 27, 20254.0A lot of cold air was blowing in through the window or the air conditioner / heater fooling the the heater, causing it to run until the room is 78 (according to the wall mounted thermostat) I set the heat on the window unit to 62 and that made the room pretty comfortable

I work at a domestic violence shelter and we had been receiving very inappropriate and upsetting prank calls through our office hotline, but the caller ID was showing that it was from the Hampton Inn - I assume from one of the guest rooms. I called and was told that they were actively trying to get to the bottom of the situation. I just think staff deserves a 5 star review for helping us out.
