I had to come to Morehead for a funeral and had to change the date. Hilton Rewards said I would get the refund within 7-10 days. I still have not received it and it has been over that length. Plus can't understand a word the customer reps say at the call center with their accent....I also rebooked with them at a higher price, but still have not received my money. Pitiful
