WiFi speeds were great and worked without issue.

- JPJeffrey PearceSep 16, 20252.0Let me start by saying that the desk staff was very nice and friendly; however, the room left a lot to be desired, especially at this nightly rate. First, my A/C did not work, and when I reported it to the desk, they told me to try something that did not fix the problem, so I was stuck with a stuffy room all night. Next, the toilet was not properly attached to the floor and rocked back and forth noisily if you sat on it. At least it didn't leak. Finally and worst of all, I found a used condom in my shower. This suggests that cleaning practices are severely lacking. I lodged a complaint on the official Hilton site, and while they acknowledged receiving my complaint, they never followed up, so I felt compelled to post this publicly. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again, and perhaps no other hotel in this chain.
