Our rooms were so tidy and stocked with, and they were clean and spacious. The desk workers and employees were super helpful and kind, and we really appreciated them! It was a 15 minute drive from where we needed to be, and it is surrounded by lots of businesses so if you need anything, you find it within walking distance! Very pleased! My last day here was my birthday, and I had a nice birthday morning!

(He did call me Kelsey🤣) and the women in the morning have been the kindest. When I check in, the rooms smell clean, there are plenty of towels, tp (I've been to some where they only leave you one roll) and the mini fridges have worked great! The gentleman that works the front desk in the evenings, noticed I was not having a good evening my second week there, (I was in Madisonville training for a new job) I hadn't been paid yet and I spilt my soda I had just bought with my last few dollars (don't come at me about savings.) Anyway, he asked if I was okay, what kind of drink it was, and gave me a canned soda. That meant a lot because it was a rough day and just the smallest act of kindness went a long way. Also, the complimentary cookies in the lobby- so good! I hope management sees this, maybe chuckles, and gives more than at pat on the back to the front service desk employees. Morning and evening, I was acknowledged coming and going. I felt safe and welcome.
