    1. Do not stay here if you want to watch SEC FOOTBALL! I stayed here this weekend and they do not get ABC. CBS doesn’t really work either. The problem is they have new expensive tv and they do not have the bandwidth to handle it. The front desk guy said “yeah we have problems watch another channel!”. I am at Marriott across street and all their channels work fine. 2. They are remodeling the front, and they do not offer any handicap doors! They are clearly in violation of handicap policies, as no doors automatically open or have a button that does it. 3. The breakfast offering is horrible just as the room they serve it. 4. The internet speed is 10 mbps. Probably why their tv doesn’t work well. Sometimes I couldn’t even get iPad to download articles. 5. As a gold member I am supposed to get late checkout. They would not give me later than noon, even though there is no way they are full during this slow period of the year. Even though I had all these problems, they wouldn’t even give me a 3 pm check out. Luckily as an ambassador member for Marriott They let me check in early. The stupid thing is I was going to be staying for 9 weeks and get to be diamond on Hilton, but now I can see that I don’t want to do that if this is how they treat their best clients. 6. The microwave made the absolute loudest noise when I used it. There are many options here, and I recommend choosing another option.

Construction is very intense. Recommendation is to call property direct BEFORE booking. Outrageously poor value and overpriced for Nov 7, 2025 condition. No covered entrance. Side entrance only so unloading in pouring down rain and got me and luggage soaked. No lobby. No front desk. Letter in room after check in telling guest they will be installing new thermostats in rooms and MUST have access to the room from 9 am to 7 PM but to not worry as contractor will be accompanied by an employee at all times. Would have NEVER booked this property knowing what I know now. Gentleman handling check in from essentially a card table and chair in middle of a construction area was very very nice and apologetic. Call before you book. If still in any stage of construction I recommend you book elsewhere. I wish I had.

I have been in KY for 6 weeks, for business. I have stayed mostly in Somerset. For one week however I stayed at the London location. I am a diamond member and prefer Hilton and specifically Hilton Garden or Hampton. This particular location however, I was not at impressed with. Not because of the construction. From start to finish the issue was unfriendly DLT staff. There was a lady at the front (wears a black bandanna on her head) was the most unfriendly person I’ve came across at any location. She should not be a front desk person. Put her behind the scenes. I wouldn’t typically review this but she was just that unfriendly.

They were undergoing a significant renovation, which caused the whole front entrance to be closed. Also the pool and lots of things were closed or moved around. But everything else was okay. The rooms really should have been discounted a bit due to the aggravation of the renovation.

Maybe just wait until they’re done renovating. Don’t get me wrong. The staff are perfectly wonderful friendly and polite. It’s just so awkward and strange the way they’ve got the place set up. The front entrance is closed. You have to go to a side door and there’s some poor person sitting at this tiny card table with a register on it and breakfast is held in some little room Very awkward and honestly, the room is just average. Nothing spectacular or to ride home about in fact it’s a little less than average if I’m honest so maybe wait until the renovations are done Just my thoughts
