When you walk into the lobby it's very nice. The room was clean and nice but very small, for a one night stay that wasn't a big deal. $15 dollars for parking is ridiculous and they have signs up saying they are not responsible for theft in your car.

My wife and I got married here and wanted to revisit on our one year anniversary. We got a king suite… nothing was sweet about it. Don’t bother sitting on the couch. The bathroom was not in the condition the pictures implied. The “smart” TV can only get cable. No access to streaming services. You’re better off spending a couple extra bucks and getting a room at the Marriott downtown. My wife and I wanted to start a tradition of staying here on our anniversary but it seems we will be a one and done.

We had a wonderful experience at Campbell House thanks to the outstanding customer service and hospitality. Rebecca went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of, and front desk manager Theresa was equally exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness truly made our stay memorable. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Campbell House because of this amazing team.

You feel like you are on a giant old ranch house. Lovely. Only complaint was the bell hop carts. They both literally were almost falling apart. So strange for a hilton property.
