- TTTerryOct 21, 20251.0Where do I start. I stay in Hiltons over 200 nights per year and this property by far has let me down and needs to be bumped down to a 2 star. The breakfast is historically 15 minutes late which excludes business guests who have morning commitments. In addition to that, the front desk has not provided a wake up call twice in a week after I requested it. The equipment in the fitness center does not work. The GM is aware of this and has attempted to make corrections. The missed wake up calls will be addressed at an even higher level unless I see that the desk clerk has been properly reprimanded or let go.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and all of the utensils that were in the drawer were also very dirty. Then I got the plates, coffee mugs and glasses, also washed those. So....two dishwasher cycles later, everything was better. Since then, we really haven't had any problems. I would recommend if you need to stay for a week or longer.

- RJRosalind JonesSep 13, 20255.0We had a Dr appointment at UK. They are so warm and helpful and polite . They are tucked away in the corner. It was neat and clean Their breakfast was delicious 😋 I'm going to stay there there when I get my surgery soon. I didn't want to leave.
