- TWTristan Worth4 days ago4.0As a Diamond Member,I basically live in Hilton hotels. My overall experience was great as usual! I arrived to a very helpful receptionist/greeter and got me checked into my hotel room quickly. The rooms at this location have the newer Flat screens that I love because of YouTube,Netflix,and other platforms. Very spacious king bedroom and nice shower! I noticed an Outback (Steak House) right next door when I pulled in and other various restaurants walking distance or short drive. Only one negative thing is since I work all day, I like to eat at the garden Inns for dinner and the waiter did not notice me sitting down for 15 minutes. I had to go up to bar and ask for menu. Besides that I believe that this location was perfect for a 1 night stay or long term stay!

- HMHeather MeekNov 22, 20251.0I have never had a worse experience. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They would not allow parents to sit in the lobby and actually suggested we go outside by the fire pit (while it was raining). They threatened to kick us out if we were too loud in the lobby. They claimed the lobby is a dome and noise travels. Mind you, this was at 8:15 pm. We were not loud. Our boys were using the conference room so we naturally gathered in the lobby. 18 12 year old boys will make some noise, but as soon as the meeting started, they were quiet. Again, well before posted quiet hours. They were projecting behaviors of previous guests onto us. When talking to the staff to clear things up, I was kicked out of the hotel. I have never experienced such a situation. I will be contacting cooperate and sharing our experience. I do not, under any circumstance, recommend taking a group of people to this hotel. Unless they change night staff and get a new GM. (For the record, John was great)
