    The Hampton Inn is now the Super 8 motel of the Hilton brand. It use to be a great medium priced clean modern hotel. It is now a low end motel - caked dirt on the shelves under the sink in bathroom, low end towels, older mattresses etc. And the biggest surprise- they now charge nightly for parking you and it’s located in an area with lots of parking. On the good side - the breakfast was good and the people checking you in are friendly and helpful professionals. When I make my next visit I will stay at one of the other hotels next door - similar price and free parking

    Checked in at 11:59 am and was charged a $20 early check in fee. Front desk said it was $50 before noon but she would waive the $30. No where on the website or our confirmation did I see this information posted. Breakfast on Saturday was terrible - very little selection and hot food was cold. Attendant was not friendly at all Our room had a drawer door that kept sliding out into the walkway and mold was starting to appear in our shower.

    I try to stay at Hilton properties as they are pretty consistent and with traveling a lot it is nice to feel like you are in a familiar place. Lexington was missing/ overlooked a few things, but the customer service was outstanding. Kiersten, was truly one of the best front end people that has ever helped me with my stay. She is an incredible asset to the Hilton Family and she really cares about her customers. I would give her 6 stars. Excellent customer service!
