You are very close to some restaurants and grocery stores. I originally booked it for the proximity to the arboretum so I could utilize that for running but you're actually further from the parking area than it looks like, no big deal but just an FYI. A nice perk was the pelaton bike in the workout room! The heat & AC worked super well in the room, I prefer it to be pretty cold when I'm sleeping and the room cooled down quickly. The breakfast was okay, always well stocked but a little underwhelming. Parking was always easy with plenty of spaces. I would recommend this hotel!
