We have stayed here 2 times before, a couple years ago, this will be the last! We pulled in at 9:15pm after driving 16 hrs in a U-Haul, so exhausted. Sasha working the front desk greeted me and was super friendly and helpful, the positive stopped there! The 1st room we were given for my son and I both of the queen beds squeaked so bad we requested a second room. The second room we were given we thought the beds were okay but as we lay down for bed both beds creaked when we rolled over. We were so tired we decided to just live with it but didn't get a lot of sleep. I've stayed in a lot of Hampton inns but this hotel yes a Hampton inn is disgusting! The pictures speak for themselves the walls in both the halls and the rooms are in huge need of repaint and repair! Some of the wallpaper is torn water leak in the ceiling and wallpaper separating in the room. And then I'm not sure what the red stuff is in the picture in the corner of our room but assuming nothing good. In for the area super quick on and off the interstate however there's an adult establishment literally across the street so don't suggest taking your kids to this particular Hampton inn. Very disappointing Hilton you should do better I told the front desk it was in need of some repairs and the response was very old building or trying come on Hilton try better! One other positive is the pool feels like a hot tub. Don't know the exact temperature but it was above a bathtub temperature.

Staff is wonderful, but hotel conditions were much less than I expect from a Hilton family property. Towels were not to the point that I would call them threadbare, but definitely not the plush towels that I usually get at Hampton Inns. Paint is cracked and peeling in the room. Hot water very limited in the shower. Overall, about what I expect from a lower tiered hotel chain.

Rooms were a bit run down and the halls and elevators needed some attention in the cleaning department. This was a great location for a quick over night stop and access to nearby restaurants. We reported a concern and was told that staff was too busy probably wouldn't get to it. We managed it ourselves and when we reported it was taken care of we were told basically good thing they weren't going to get to it anyway. The pool area was nice with plenty of seating.

For the stay huh? If it weren’t for Amanda at the front desk, who went above and beyond for us trying to plunge our sink and moving us to two separate rooms, this would be a 1 star review. Why two separate rooms? The first one hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding was left from the previous occupants and the second room’s sink was flooded (pictures provided) and the toilet wouldn’t flush (pictures not provided) Thank goodness we were able to get to the hotel prior to six pm. Otherwise we would have most likely been resigned to our original dirty room. Honestly, this hotel should be condemned. The elevator passed inspection with violations (picture provided) the furniture is plastic and if 66% of your rooms are unusable. This was all during a single, anecdotal, non-biased, random usage of your hotel, that’s terrifying. Also, you have ONE employee working on the busiest night of the thanksgiving travel weekend!? Finally, we are traveling as a family and absolutely nowhere does it state that this hotel is across the street from a sex store. While we have no ill will towards those who wish to engage in sexual exploration, it would have informed our purchasing decision to know that we would be across from the hustler Hollywood. Especially, with a $170 a night price tag! If we wanted to stay across from hustler, there is a motel 6 in the same cul-de-sac!!! All of this is to say. Promote Amanda, she is the only thing “Hilton” about this hotel. Everyone else should be fired and this hotel should be closed as it is atrocious. If we wake up with bed bugs tomorrow you will be hearing from our lawyers
