- DKDasha K.5 days ago2.0Few days on business and I was generally disappointed. I could hear every word the person in the next room was saying. The walls are paper thin!!!! I even heard snoring. Either sound proof the rooms or book every other room, bc that is ridiculous. Complimentary happy hour is cheap liquor - I def do not recommend unless you want to wake up with a headache. Breakfast was the only decent thing during my stay- they make good omelets . Gym has old equipment and bench and cable machine need to be replaced. Overall , dated hotel. I remember 20 years ago it was nice but I guess it’s been a while and they need to remodel with sound proofing.

- CCCindy CripeNov 2, 20252.0I checked in via the app and it said waters and 2 complimentary snacks were in the room. They were not, had to visit the front desk for water, did not care about snacks. There was no hair dryer in our room had to call the front desk to have one sent up. The bartender last night was unprofessional and doesn't know how to make a simple drink. She was insulting me when I asked her how she makes a whiskey sour. When I clarified what a traditional whiskey sour was, she laughed, said "that's crazy, in my twenty years, I've never heard anyone put egg whites in a drink." While we were sitting at the bar, a group of ladies came up, one asked for a different traditional drink with egg whites and she laughed at them and stated she was the second person to ask for egg whites in a drink. For breakfast this morning, one of the chefs had a Bluetooth on his ear and was ignoring patrons to continue his phone conversation. The menu board was misleading. We ordered bacon egg and avocado toast, received eggs and avocado and was told to get bacon and toast off the bar. The avocado was so green it was inedible. Struggled to find basic condiments as they are scattered. The person removing dishes and cleaning the dinning room did a great job. She said hello to people, worked efficiently keeping tables clean. We have stayed here previously and had great stays. I am unsure what caused such a drastic change.
- RLRob LuceOct 17, 20252.0Beware, they don’t have heat currently!!! My room was a bit too cold (65 degrees) to be comfy in, and I figured I’d turn up the thermostat just a bit. However, after many hours without temp change and no fan noise, I thought maybe something was wrong with my room, and headed to the front desk. They told me the hotel runs on some type of shared common heat system that isn’t currently on yet and they had to get someone out to turn it on later in the month! They offered me more sheets but I ended up just driving to Walmart and buying a space heater. The staff was very friendly and apologized but this is a bit unacceptable though since in the 12+ years I’ve been traveling for work, I’ve never heard of this before. Also as mentioned in another review, the walls are paper-thin. I could hear the alarm from the person in the room next to me every morning. Luckily it was set to about the same time I had set my alarm hah!

Hotel was fully booked and the front desk told me they would cancel the stay but I would need to contact Expedia to be refunded. I did that but the hotel will not confirm with Expedia and I am unable to get a refund. **Update- After pressing Expedia to continue contacting the hotel, my refund was eventually authorized.
