- AMadisa mujic2 days ago1.0Very surprised how run down this hotel is! Our room was dirty in a-lot of places, the hot water did not work, breakfast was cold..... Also charged our card $80 they could not explain why.. one of the beds in room 250 made noises any movement you made definitely VERY VERY old and uncomfortable. This was the first and last time we stay here. DO BETTER ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICES YOU CHARGE FOR A STAY. Thanks
- JJJonDec 30, 20253.0Update: The front desk manager, James, reached out and we had a pleasant conversation that helped resolve my concerns. Although parts of my original experience still stand, I appreciated the follow-up and professionalism shown. Chose to stay here again as I had a pleasant experience previously. However this time was far from the standards that I expect from Hilton. From glass doors falling off the tracks, drains not working, and no hot water. I even specifically asked about the water situation during check in since there are renovations ongoing and was told it was all good and simply shut off that day for construction. We ended up leaving very early, wouldn’t even touch the breakfast. Disgusted and disappointed describe my stay here.

After driving 9 hours from South Carolina we arrived exhausted and ready to eat and relax BUT.....the hotel failed to tell us they're remodeling from 8am til 6:30 pm and the jack hammers were so loud you couldn't hear each other talk. The lobbies and hallways are coated in cement dust. The restaurant menu was limited and had burgers, pizza or a salad. So we each ordered a burger a chips and it came in a cardboard box. We asked for mustard - no mustard. That's all! The happy hour was potato chips, salsa and taco chips and trail mix! Not at all happy with this place! In addition, the rooms are very outdated. The website indicates there are hotels renovations in process but it doesnt tell you they're jackhammering up a massive area of the 1st floor. Total mess!! So loud you need ear coverings. STAY AWAY!! Hilton should be embarrassed!
- KKKekeDec 21, 20251.0This place is becoming a dump but let's start with the positive.... The staff is friendly. They have a Happy hour and complimentary breakfast. But.... The beds are uncomfortable. Which is weird bc usually the Hilton family of hotels have very comfortable beds...🤷🏼♀️ They are currently under construction so it's very noisy and very very dusty. The water did not drain in our tub so I was standing in a puddle of water😭 Water wouldn't come out of the bar sink. The frig froze our food overnight. The last 2 times we've stayed there, there has been barking dogs. Last night's was until midnight. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again....
- SGShirah GrantDec 19, 20252.0I was shocked at how run down this hotel is now. I stayed here simply based on location and even checked out a day early because it was such a bad stay. The front desk was helpful when asked but otherwise this place should be avoided. My room was hot and stuffy despite having the thermostat turned down to 60°. I eventually had to ask for a box fan because it was so hot in the room. The water in the shower and sink weren't hot. Taking cold showers when the temperature outside was in the single digits was terrible. I notified the front desk and was told it would be fixed....it never was. In the room next door there were dogs that howled at night and each morning. I chose to leave the hotel each day because it was so sad in there. Construction started every morning with drilling, hammering and men yelling promptly at 8am. I commend Hilton for wanting to renovate the hotel but this place shouldn't be open for bookings during this time. Its too run down. Highly recommend skipping this place if its on your list of upcoming stays.
