    The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She didn't care if we made it to the airport or not. Not a good representation of Hampton properties.

    I was stuck at Cincinnati airport. I called and spoke with Virginia who said the shuttle would be right there. I had a wonderful, clean room and coffee before the shuttle took me back to the airport to (hopefully) catch a flight. Recommend!!

    The bed was very uncomfortable, I woke up with a sore neck and back every night, unable to sleep properly. The toilet flush was so loud I could hear the neighbors toilet. They did not have breakfast potatoes each morning. One morning they had this salty ham and watery egg patty. Second night was sausage patties and watery egg patties again. The third day was ok, cut up sausage and egg omelet. The location is not too bad. It was about 15 minutes to covington but the immediate vicinity was pretty desolate. I was charged $15 more than what is shown on my hilton app. When I contacted them, they said they didn't know anything about the up-charge.

    This is a hotel that needs to be renovated. Definitely doesn't live up to the Hampton brand. REALLY nice staff though!

    Had an early flight out of the Cincinnati Airport and this was one of the only rooms left within two miles of the airport. I wish I had just stayed home and driven in at 3 am. My room REEKED of cigarette smoke and some awful spray that they used to try and cover it. I asked the front desk about it and they basically said take it or leave it, we don’t care about cigarettes in the room. The smell was so thick it kept waking me up through the night. I was terrified the smell would stick to my things, so I slept in my driving clothes and tried not to open my bag in the room. I do not recommend this hotel. Choose another hotel or sleep in your car. I wish I had walked out!
