    The hotel itself was GREAT! It was clean, great price, great breakfast! The front desk was just not friendly. No smiles, no conversation, no greetings. It was kind of odd. Also one of the breakfast workers was bossing people around telling them to throw out their things, going from table to table giving orders. It's the hospitality industry, Hilton needs to hire people who are personable. Seems like common sense.

    Overall it was a good room! It was a bit tired (roller shades torn and frayed, showerhead clogged and spraying the ceiling out of the side, and several stains on the carpet) but the beds were comfortable, the kitchenette looked brand new, and the hotel had good amenities. The gym, the patio (with a fire pit), and the breakfast were all good! Front desk staff were nice, and the cleaning staff did daily turns of the room which isn't as common these days! We saw the pool, but did not use it. Also, they have 2 gas grills outside for you to cook on!

    I have to say it, I personally did not expect this from Hilton to take this approach but I was digging it. You can definitely see the effort they put into this place and that feeling you get from other places. It's not the same vibe but definitely gives you a lasting feel of emotion, almost like you are visiting another home. I really appreciate the detail, the color, the setup, the theme, and the amenities they provide at this location. The room service was always on top (likke clockwork). They never missed a beat. I also would like to personally thank ,Samantha, at the help desk for doing an amazing job for helping me during my stay for the little issues that I had in my room. I mentioned to her in the morning. It was resolved and fixed by the maintenance guy before I got back in from our work events. Everyone here really made my stay a pleasant one. Looking forward to another visit soon. Thank you HOME2 staff for making it enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed seeing my name on the TV screen when I got to my room and that this is a few weeks late.

    To the people at the Georgetown home2suites. I apologize as this was incorrectly posted, and is not applicable to you at all. The original, now deleted review, unfortunately, applied to the Cartersville, Georgia Home2Suites. I tried to edit this on Google four days ago and for whatever reason it didn’t get published so I apologize for that. I am first going to set the record straight in that your facility is one of the finest if not the finest home2suites I’ve seen and certainly the best of the four we stayed in last week. Every element of your facility was top-notch. The staff was especially gracious and my daughter and I enjoyed our two nights there. So again I apologize for what got printed and after this edit appears for about a week I am going to completely delete it and take the time to write a full positive review on your facility. Again, thank you for the treatment and service you gave to my daughter and I during our stay. Again, this is a top notch facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Georgetown/Lexington Kentucky area.
