I would not feel safe staying at that place. If you cancel your reservation they will still charge you for it! Even after you were in a traffic jam in Kentucky(Nov 11th) because of a 10 car pileup accident on U.S -75 because of sleet on the roads that made us late or any check in or cancelation. Our family stayed at alot of the Hamptons Inn (which were nice) along the way and this place looked disgusting run down! Walking down the hall to where you check in This place did not look like a Hampton Inn. Worse looking place ever that I reserved a room at. You cancel for any reason that kept you from getting there, they still take $117 from you even after you canceled your stay! It was not like they were busy and you kept them from renting out a room. The chain of the Hampton Inn's needs to check this place out for themselves because Having a good Reputation for what you offer people is what keeps you in business!!

- TDTiffany DwielOct 27, 20255.0Surprising gem! The entrance/parking lot could be off-putting (due to current construction, limited parking spaces) but the inside was comfortable and clean. Even though it's basically right off the highway, the rooms were very quiet. No noise issues at all. All staff members were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very nice. They had extra linens ready and waiting for us in the room for the sofa bed, which I appreciated, and the in-room toiletries were more than ample for our family of five. The hot breakfast bar was VERY yummy with lots of great options. The pool was too cool for me to swim but plenty warm enough according to my kiddos! Plus they did have pool towels available in the pool area. Super helpful! We'd love to stay here again!

We could deal with that/ I’m handicapped but we couldn’t wait to get into the warm water to help with joins and back issues. We got into pool around 4:30 and got out at 4:35! Was not heated and was too cold to enjoy. Very disappointing.
