I stayed here once, some months ago. Horrible, horrible experience. Big room, but that’s it. Loud, noisy, police have to show up all the time due to disturbances within the hotel. At least the front desk staff were friendly, but the hotel itself is old, musty, and they have carpeted rooms, which I can’t stand.

Customer service has been FANTASTIC. Public facilities are nice and clean. Pool and weight room are dated and tired but not dirty.
Not impressed with the rooms. Our room, while clean overall, has variety ripped in spots, bar sink and walls around it are dirty, bathroom sink was clogged and dirty, chairs in room are worn, and pull-out sofa is very well worn (sheet set was missing sheets and a pillow too).
We stayed during a lower demand time so rates were not bad for an Embassy Suites. Even so, I was disappointed in the room.

Room was great size, breakfast was fantastic, check in was super easy! Hot water takes quite a while to warm up. Does not have smart tv in room. Entering and exiting the parking garage is a task (minimal signage, a little bit confusing, very easy to miss ramp.) Parking ramp has very low clearance. Super friendly staff.

I made a reservation at this hotel 3 weeks in advance. From the moment we walked in it was a nightmare. Check in is at 4. The man at the desk told me it would be about 30 minutes before my room was ready. I had other friends staying so I could hang out in their room while I waited. Time was going and going. At 6:00pm checked in at the desk and the man’s exact words were “We had a lot of housekeeping call off today, what do you want me to do”. I had somewhere to be at 8pm and had to shower and get ready, so I was getting worried. Finally at 7:25 I told them to cancel my whole reservation and I left and went home. They completely ruined all of my NYE plans. It was so unprofessional and the lack of sympathy was a joke! Do not stay here if you are on any kind of schedule. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!
