- TVTeresa VaughnOct 28, 20255.0Traveling several thousand miles every year, ive changed over to Hilton only hotels which includes Hampton Inns. They remain consistent and this hotel is no exception. It is an older hotel but has been updated with a few exceptions but very comfortable. However, THE GM ON DUTY ( Abigail) WAS 10 STARS. In all my 70 plus years, I have never met such an outstanding general manager. She reminded me of what you might see in a movie highlighting the finest hotels in the world. This is not an an exaggeration and I had to ask how long she had been in this position because she seemed very young. “ONE MONTH” !! So it confirms ( to me), you are born with customer service skills lol! Thank you Abigail!

The breakfast bar was awesome. I really enjoyed staying there and the kids really enjoyed the pool. It really is your best option if you are visiting Carrollton.

The hallway where my room was smelled like dog. There wasn't a smell in my room though. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to go downstairs to retrieve some. Someone had a bird in a room close by that was making noise in the middle of the night. It was just the small things that added up that made me not want to come back. On a positive note: The shower had great water pressure!
