When I returned, the AirPods were missing from the case — only the empty box was there. I immediately reported it to the staff, but they showed no real concern. They just wrote the details on a sticky note and said, “We will find it.” No follow-up, no urgency, no responsibility. After I checked out, the hotel told me they “didn’t find anything” in the room. However, my Find My iPhone app clearly showed one AirPod still at the hotel, and the other one 12 miles away in a residential area — a place I have never even been. I asked the management to take responsibility, but instead of solving the issue, they simply offered me one free night stay as compensation, which was honestly insulting given the situation. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. It raises serious questions about security, trust, and staff integrity at this location. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you do choose to stay here, please keep a close eye on your belongings, because once something goes missing, it seems no one here cares enough to help.
