Fitness room is well equipped for its size. Additional amenities include grills out on the patio and laundry. The hot water in the lobby was still hot at 7:30 p.m. and I had a nice cup of tea. Nice fire pit with a good amount of seating outside. This place is in a great location. A block from the riverwalk, coffee shop across the parking lot, library across the street, 10 minute drive from the airport, a block away from bars with decent food options that are open late. What more could you want?
