A lot of people complain about the pool being slippery, I can see that around the decking area if it's wet and you're not careful it can be a little slick because there is no grip tape, but that was only in a small area. The only complaint I would have is because of the location of the pool it's not well monitored and someone had dropped a large group of about 10 children under the age of 12 and left them up there by themselves without any supervision the entire time we were in the pool.

Some rooms are preferable over others. I like the rooms without windows because it's quiet without street noise and the bathrooms seem to be bigger. Staff is always very kind and friendly. Also very helpful and check in to see how it's going.

My car was broken into while parked on their property, and the hotel did absolutely nothing about it. No support, no compensation, no partial refund, not even a basic gesture of concern. What makes it even worse is that my prepaid stay was cut short because of the incident, and they still refused to adjust the reservation or offer any kind of discount. Their attitude was basically: “It’s not our problem.” For a hotel that claims to offer quality service, the lack of accountability and empathy was shocking. If you’re looking for a place that actually cares about the safety of its guests, or at least pretends to, this is definitely not the hotel to choose. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
