Just drive by this one!! Chunks of something filled the cup. So, no go on a morning cup of coffee. No restaurant. But on Hilton.com said it offered breakfast. The night clerk said "we haven't served dinner or had the restaurant for A LONG TIME!!! Yes, emphasis on her her frustration!! Overpriced snacks and hard rolls for breakfast....$4 for a breakfast brick! Which went back into the container! We had a suite. The cushions on the pull out couch were torn at several spots (in the seams). Pet peave for a Upholsterer! And no bedding supplied for the pull out sofa bed. Front desk clerk was less than curteous! Refused to bring up sheets/bedding, new coffee pot, etc!
Maybe we expect too much as Diamond Level members!?
Front desk clerk this morning, said the are "up for renovation "! So, does that mean we are to settle for 1* service at a 3*** hotel? It was a frustrating experience to say the least!

In my opinion, this hotel appears to be run down. The rooms are not well maintained, there was staining on the caulking in the bathtub, rust that came out of the pipe when I first turned on the shower. Additionally, the phone system advertises a bar and grill; however, they only have a buffet style breakfast with limited options. No bar and grill. No room service. It seems as though this hotel has seen its time and needs to be renovated. I am very disappointed for this being a Hilton property. The area is nice with lots of food options around and nicer buildings and shops.

Reserved this hotel for its on site resturant and bar along with the indoor pool. When we checked in we were told resturant and bar closed tonight. Ok. So got over that. We checked out the pool and got are son excited about going swimming. We get back down after getting our suits on, and there's a sign on the pool saying closed for repair. Very frustrating, wouldn't have booked this hotel if I would have known this.
