Fantastic location with decent rooms and friendly staff! The rooms could use some updating, some of the metal door frames were rusted and corroded, but otherwise decent and passable. The location was great with decent shops and food nearby. The lake was a nice touch as well. Would stay here on my next business trip again!

Do NOT book here. It’s franchise owned not Hilton Corp owned. Filth. Marci said she’d send points. lol. Never. The owner removed coffee. The so called buffet is offensive. They use a scoop that’s carefully measure not to get a full egg yes it’s a manned buffet. Tv never worked. Kind employees has their Pitch down to lie for Omar the owner. Disgusted here. Vomit stains in tub. Great pitch from fr desk. No one picked up trash in halls 3 nights. Book at ONLY Corp owned not franchise. Omar’s wife knocked on my door 7:50 am to prob flip room. 100% of all doors slam shut. Very loud. Housekeeping allows dozens of doors. Called other HH site and coffee in lobby and Corp owned. Cheap soap Omar. You’ve been warned. 1 employee at night. Bad for a Hilton Garden.

The hotel was pretty basic, the most attractive amenity was the view of the lake from our window. Other than that I would never pick this hotel again. The beds were not comfortable, breakfast was $15 per person, and worst of all there was no hot water. I went to take a shower and couldn’t get the water to turn hot. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man but he never came in and stated he would be right back but never returned. When I checked out I informed the front desk that there was still no hot water in our room and she informed me he had told her it just needed to fill back up. I get this is not a 5 star hotel but for $120/night I should have at least been able to enjoy a hot shower.

Location was good for traveling through . The front desk staff was very cordial. The room was ok- sheets kept coming off the bed because elastic was worn out- time to replace! Room had a big mark on ceiling on ( 3rd floor) probably a water roof leak . It was quiet, though, which we appreciate .Surprised they wanted $15 for a self serve style breakfast - something you would get complimentary at most hotels. That’s why only one couple was eating at 9am! As we travel through Wichita a few times a year we will choose another hotel for our next stay.
