Overall, there was potential for a nice stay. Unfortunately, a big oversight from housekeeping took away from that. As my children and I started to get ready for bed, I noticed blood smeared all over the duvet. I have a background in housekeeping and this is not uncommon, but definitely something that should be taken care of. The housekeeper for this room was just being lazy. The front desk attendant was quick to fix the issue which was greatly appreciated. At $100+ a night, I shouldn’t have had to deal with it at all though.

I had an early morning flight out of ICT, so I decided to check in the night before. The staff was incredibly friendly upon arrival, the hotel smelled great, and the room was beautifully appointed.
However, I have to warn you: this place is dangerous. While the bed was comfortable, it held a scary secret—the world’s greatest pillows. Every single pillow on that bed was "dumb comfortable." I quickly dozed off and had the best night’s sleep I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I woke up panicked, certain I had overslept my flight, but thankfully my alarm was still a few minutes away from going off.
As I begrudgingly dragged myself away from those cloud-like pillows and headed to the lobby, I passed another guest's room. They must have just arrived and discovered the secret for themselves, as the tell-tale sounds of pure comfort could be heard echoing down the 4th floor.
Great room, great rate, but set an extra alarm

This was the closest hotel to St. Teresa hospital. I didnt expect much so it was better than I thought it would be. The domestic beer is $8! Local beer was $10. I only figured that out after 3 Miller Lites lol. Breakfast was good and the server that was there Monday and Tuesday was outstanding! Over all a great experience considering the circumstances for our visit.

We were in a stressful situation with the imminent death of a family member. The staff at this Hampton treated us like family and had great compassion. They quickly assisted us with special requests to make our hardship more bearable.
We have stayed here several times before and the staff have always been good. But they went above and beyond this time.
Rooms are always clean, checkin/checkout easy, and the location is very safe. We highly recommend this hotel.
