    Nice Hampton in. Rooms are clean. They have a pool and gym. Breakfast is free for guests. They have a lot food choices. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Courteous and friendly staff.

    I’ve not seen this old old Hampton Inn for long time. No digital key, wait for front desk staff for 10 mins to check in. Room furniture like already 50 years old. No TV channel selection. Besides the location, everything else is not Hilton standard.

    Check in and got our stuff out of the car took it up to the room, but the key card in the door and it turned green but, the door wouldn’t open, it was like it was locked on the inside…sooooo I took my cart back down the elevator and to the front desk, explained to the lady that I thought someone was in the room, she was in shock herself. The lady went back up to the room with me ( with my cart in tow again) and she tried my key card and her master key card and neither would work…she agreed with me that it was like the door was locked from the inside of the room and we couldn’t get in. The lady knocked on the door and no luck, so she decided to call the boss and explained to him what was going on, he was a little upset from what I could hear…but they hung up and the lady decided to try the door one more time and with some heavy shoving and pushing she was apply to get the door open. The door latch or door lock was really jammed and was very hard to open every time we left and came back.. They were supposed to send maintenance up every time we wouldn’t mention it when we went by the front desk, but that never happened before we left… The bedspread did have makeup on it, so we just pulled the bedspread off the bed and use the sheet … The breakfast was amazing though😁
