4th time staying here last night. We always pick this hotel on our annual trip from Ohio to Utah. It's always really clean, quiet, safe and friendly! Bed, bed linens, and pillows are very nice, comfortable, and smell clean. Bathroom is clean and has plenty of lighting, and the Zero products are great too! Breakfast was also really good! Plenty of restaurants in the area - highly recommend Tucson's Steakhouse!

After multiple stays with ourr honors traveling to Denver from NY, this was finally a Diamond in the rough!!! Easy check in to very clean and comfortable room. Late night snacks and water were available as well as some warm cookies! There are a ton of local food options including 24hr Mexican and McDonald's. Breakfast and the lobby were also a welcome change in the morning. The variety was top notch full.of fresh cut fruit, yogurts etc, and all the hots:omelets, sausage potatoes and bagels! I'd give this and the staff ten stars if we could! Pool and Hotub were also an added bonus thay we used and enjoyed!

I’m writing to give a 5 star because of how great our service was!!! I want to give Elwin a huuuge shout out!!! We drove for 17 hours straight and Elwin got us in so quick and had waters for us. He really went above and beyond! He listened to us rant and rave about our trip this far and we were able to get a really good nights rest!

When just a couple things are wrong - the stay is fine. However - quite a few things wrong for our stay. The girl who checked us in was not helpful at all. Spent her time sitting in the back. Took my id, deposit - handed me keys and told me to have a nice night. I had to ask 'when is breakfast? Where is the elevator? What room number? Best door to park near? Is there a pool open? Is there wifi?' all of this Info is standard and should have been provided without 17 questions. Breakfast was lacking. The young man working was working hard and was fighting for his life trying to keep up and clearly understaffed. Small breakfast area. But at 9 am - no biscuits and gravy, no fruit, no forks, no syrup or butter, light roast coffee empty, eggs almost gone, all the spoons and serving utensils had been cross used (not his fault but gross)--with breakfast until 10-thats crazy to have such slim options for our family of 4. And when I asked about more of the empty items he said they were out. Now for the room. Amanda H was big on dreams leaving a card asking for a tip. Dirty sheets left on the pull out sofa bed, hair in shower, sticky entry floor, sliding door for bathroom covered in dirt, grime and smudges like it's never been wiped down, not a touch of conditioner in the bottle, carpets grimey and nasty. Having to go get new clean sheets to strip and remake a pull out sofa at 10pm is not my idea of fun. It takes a lot for me to not leave a tip for housekeeping-this did it. Pressure in shower was only fine if you used all cold water-the warmer the shower-the worse the pressure is the crappy shower head. The toilet literally bubbled up and shot out dirty toilet water in large bubbles every time we flushed it. I don't like used toilet water bubbling out onto my arm, toilet seat, and floor when I flush, but maybe I'm picky. Sadie in the morning was very friendly at the front desk. The man working breakfast was working hard and very nice. 1 or 2 of these issues during a stay? No problem. All of them? Problem. Wouldn't stay here again bc of it.
