Hard to believe this hotel has 4.5 stars. Turned shower on in morning, it ran 3-4 minutes, absolutely zero warm water. It was ice cold. Called front desk - from cell phone, because nightstand phone didn’t work. Maintenance wasn’t in that early, so I asked for another room to shower in. Front desk told me no available rooms to do so. After a discussion about how I expected a credit, I attempted again to turn hot water on. It did come on this time, but was in and out. Room could have been cleaner, bed was just okay, pillows sucked, first floor reeks of cigarette smoke. I would never stay here again.

Drove 2.5 hours for a conference. The address for the hotel doesn't register right on Google Maps and you get stuck in town at a random location. I had to put in the address of the casino that is attached to the hotel in order to actually get there. I was so exhausted and wanted to just lay in the soft bed but that is not what I got. The room was clean, but the bed is like sleeping on bricks with a sheet on it. One of the worst nights I have ever had besides sleeping in the wilderness when I was a Girl Scout. I cannot believe that they charge people for these horrific beds. If you don't have a chiropractor before you get here you will definitely need to look one up on your way home.

I was assigned a big spacious room. Only issue was the position of the toilet was off centered. Thus the large bathroom door was right next to it making it feel crowded. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows to chose from.

Attached to a casino that allows smoking. We were on the first floor. Room was amazing. Nicely updated and smelled wonderful. Bed was amazing. Hallway smelled as smoke and cleaning products. Was there for a concert at the casino. Have to say if you have a concert, get a room for convenience!
