- BRBrad RhodesDec 28, 20252.0This place is a bit of a mess. We got a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My kid found mess in her bathroom indicating it was not properly cleaned. Meanwhile none of the staff seem to be properly trained. We asked about the ev charger and were told they knew nothing about it. Later we asked about hot cocoa and were told they had no such thing... We found it in the coffee station 3 feet away. The next day I tried to take advantage of an amenity clearly advertised as available until midnight, in writing in multiple places in the hotel. This amenity was unavailable (via computer program) at 1150. When I asked staff for help they were confused and indicated I would need to speak to a manager the next day. Ultimately not a bad property but it felt like it was run by someone's teenage kids.

They have such a good choice of breakfast items including chicken carnitas with lots of toppings! Fantastic! Oatmeal and overnight oats with lots toppings.and so much more! Pick this hotel if you want comfort, convenient to everything and class! We love it!
