We stayed Nov 15th and 16th the room was ok but they will wrongfully charge you for taking water bottles in room when they were never touched.

Double charged me and refuses to correct their mistake despite showing them clear proof. It’s not my problem Booking.com and your hotel have an issue. I cannot get either party to refund me as they both keep giving me the run around. Horrible establishment who should be ashamed of scamming their customers.

Longtime Diamond, close to a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton. I've had a room booked for next summer for several months, yet received a cancellation email today with no explanation. I'm guessing they realized they could get more money after they realized it happened to be during the World Cup period, but that's an extremely shady business practice. EDIT: They did not look into it and said they shouldn't have offered that rate during the World Cup period. But I'm welcome to book a 3 night minimum stay at 4x my rate. Extremely dishonest and shady business that you should avoid solely on principle let alone how they disrespect actual night in bed diamonds.

I should have listened to the others reviewing this place. Worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had (and I stay with Hilton a lot). 1: Walls are paper thin. Want to know what your neighbors are doing? This is the place for you. I had to call in a noise complaint for the floor above me because it was so loud (it sounded like someone was jumping up and down wearing combat boots in the room above me). Also, everytime someone walked down the hall I could hear their footsteps loudly in my room. The ice machine was probably 25yards down the hall but could still hear that as well. I woke up so many times during the night. 2: the floor slopes badly towards the wall (head of the bed) so you’re feet are higher than your head is. Even with pillows stuffed under my mattress: I still got really bad acid reflux from the angle. So at 2am I was stuffing more pillows under the mattress to elevate my head. The water in the shower barely gets warm and the showers are very outdated. The building itself appears very old once you get past the lobby. 3: The service was great. Nate at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. He handled the noise complaint well and was all around a great guy. Nothing he could have done about the building’s walls apparently being made of cardboard lol. Would not recommend for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise. Pony up and spend the extra money for a Hilton with a newer building. This one reminds me of a Super 8 or Motel 6. Not worth the money at all.
