TV is older and smaller which was ok for me, but it could use a refresh. Staff was ok, didn't have a lot to say but they were there when needed. Location is nice of you are looking for places to eat, and the Prairiefire center is cool. Not a lot of greenery and parks in the area if you like to get outdoors, but friendly folks around.

Not only is it clean, smells great and has a friendly staff but it is super convenient to many retail and restaurant choices. Our only suggestion is to upgrade the TVs for apps like Netflix. The hotel made the person put their cc on file because I wasn't physically on site with the person at time of check in. This has never happened at a Hampton before. I was very frustrated. When I arrived, I asked them to remove the person's card, presented them with my card, and asked for assurance that their card would not be charged. At check out, purposely asked about which card was charged. They charged the other person's card. Now the other person has to wait 7-10 business days to get the refund. Absolutely ridiculous!
