Every time I come here I am welcomed by Emma, Meredith and Murphy at the managers reception. The food here is excellent as well as the hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers in the Kansas City/Olathe area.

The trio of Murphy, Meredith and Emma are great, super fun ladies. It was easy to develop rapport with all of them. The food menu selection is better than typical hotel menu, even compared to other Embassy Suites. Although that are a number of restaurants near by, we chose to eat at the hotel every night because of the atmosphere.

Try to have a conversation with the general manager and they are unwilling to even discuss it. The entire sixth floor smelled like weed the moment you walked off the elevator. Drywall in the bathrooms was bubbled up and separating from the wallpaper. Rust mold and mildew all over the ceilings. Definitely not something you expect for $350 a night room. Long time Hilton CUSTOMER will not ever go back to this one.
