We all had to take a hallway out toward the parking lot and walk outside to the meeting rooms. Luckily, the weather held up. Clerks and manager were very responsive. Breakfast had several choices. I would recommend.

Spacious, clean rooms - so spacious - and one of the better tasting hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time, made for a great chance to recharge. The VERY well lit parking lot left me with no concerns about the contents of our rental truck either. Staff members are friendly and the price is reasonable for the quality. If we hadn't already paid for the room, we'd have just went home. However. Our experience at the Hampton Inn & suites was very pleasant, very enjoyable. If you stay there, Andy is the perfect staff member. He checked us in and answered any questions we had. Very professional, very courteous, polite, and informative.
- PPPeteOct 18, 20253.0stayed at the Hampton Inn off I-35 in Mulvane/Wichita. When I first arrived, I noticed a spot on my comforter that should’ve never been missed by housekeeping. I reported it right away, and they apologized and assured me it would be handled before I got back from work — but when I returned that night, it was still there. If they knew what that spot actually was, it would’ve been a much bigger deal, but I’ll leave it at that. Thankfully, Izzy from the night crew stepped in and immediately took care of it. She was kind, professional, and handled the situation with genuine care, even though it wasn’t her responsibility. The hotel itself is very nice, and I understand mistakes happen, but this one should’ve been taken more seriously by the day crew. I had honestly lost a bit of faith until Izzy stepped in — she was on some true super-manager type stuff. She makes you feel heard, seen, and cared about. Because of Izzy, if I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely stay here again. She’s an excellent example of what real customer service looks like and a true representation of what a quality company stands for. And honestly, if she’s not a manager already, I’d make her one — she absolutely deserves it I will say I hate to leave a bad review because other than that everything was good. It’s the fact that I had to bring it to their attention and then it just got ignored. That’s why I’m leaving a bad review but a good one on Izzy because she really she stepped up
