When telling the front desk lady, all she had to say was "oh so you didn't get your beauty sleep?" And kept going on and on and on with her "joke". Was very rude and disrespectful. Didn't seem to care about any issues since we were on our way out that day anyway. I'd give her "service" rating a 0 if I could.
