I was charged $25/night for parking over winter break while I was back in town visiting family. I was never informed of any parking fee and there is no fee listed. The managers justification was "it's posted on our website" as if that's a valid justification for not having their parking fees posted at the property. The front desk also did not put the $15/day meal credit on my account when I arrived with my partner and I had to call back to get that credited to my account.

A fun castle with a great restaurant! Delicious food and drinks, friendly staff and clean, comfortable, modern rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a patio larger than the room itself which was a fun surprise. Try a Oaxacan Old Fashion and the mac and cheese!

Staff is helpful but this place is so disappointing. I booked a king deluxe room for $265 and it was not as advertised. It smells like rotten sewage in the lobby and throughout the hotel. We will not return.

I would have cancelled my reservation before check-in, but was unable to do so since I booked using Hilton Honors points.
As a long-time loyal Hilton Honors member who has stayed at numerous Hilton properties for both business and personal travel, this hotel has seriously reconsidered my loyalty to the brand.
The staff were unhelpful and seemed disengaged. When I inquired about early check-in, I received a flat “no” with no explanation or alternatives offered. I understand that hotels can be fully booked, but a little courtesy and communication go a long way. Even a brief explanation or suggestion of what we could do in the meantime would have been appreciated.
To make matters worse, when I contacted Hilton Honors directly for assistance, they were unable to reach the front desk themselves.
It appeared that the young staff members were more interested in assisting their personal friends who were at the hotel for events rather than attending to paying guests.
I’m genuinely dreading the actual check-in process and am actively searching for alternative accommodations, even though switching at this point would cost me significantly more money.
I strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you have a personal connection. This experience has made me reconsider my future stays with Hilton hotels.
