I would have cancelled my reservation before check-in, but was unable to do so since I booked using Hilton Honors points.
As a long-time loyal Hilton Honors member who has stayed at numerous Hilton properties for both business and personal travel, this hotel has seriously reconsidered my loyalty to the brand.
The staff were unhelpful and seemed disengaged. When I inquired about early check-in, I received a flat “no” with no explanation or alternatives offered. I understand that hotels can be fully booked, but a little courtesy and communication go a long way. Even a brief explanation or suggestion of what we could do in the meantime would have been appreciated.
To make matters worse, when I contacted Hilton Honors directly for assistance, they were unable to reach the front desk themselves.
It appeared that the young staff members were more interested in assisting their personal friends who were at the hotel for events rather than attending to paying guests.
I’m genuinely dreading the actual check-in process and am actively searching for alternative accommodations, even though switching at this point would cost me significantly more money.
I strongly recommend avoiding this property unless you have a personal connection. This experience has made me reconsider my future stays with Hilton hotels.

My family booked a block of rooms almost a year in advance for them to call us yesterday and tell us they were canceling all reservations for a soccer team...the World Cup is literally in Kansas City, and they are booting out all guests for them? Kind of rude as hell if you ask me. especially for someone's wedding, which was pre-booked again almost a year in advance.

Terrible management! I called to book rooms 11 months in advance for my wedding, then they called 3 months later to tell me that they have to cancel my reservations for a large group that is coming in. In addition to that, they didn't even offer to be any help of any kind to help me reslove the problem that I now don't have hotel rooms for my wedding. The best he could tell me was, "Good luck."

Great location. Covered parking. Rooms are clean but use LVP flooring and weird wooden shutters instead of curtains. Rooms echos quite a bit from hard surfaces. One room I had the A/C unit was quite loud. Windows are scratched up for some reason.
Bar and lounge area is really nice. Foods OK
