It was amazing. I took some orchestra high school kids to KU for a concert and a tour of the campus. I met Natasha. She left her charger with me so the kids could reach me. They had no problems with the big yellow bus taking up space. The hotel is being remodeled. My room was super nice. They serve breakfast. 60 kids i brought were treated with respect and enjoyed their stay. After Natasha left Rochelle took over and as I watched her with other customers. She convinced me that she aims to please. Such awesome customer service. They let me wait there for 5 hours until it was time to pick the chili up.

This hotel is nice, but that's where it ends. To begin with, those of us who spend a large portion of our lives on the road actually appreciate when businesses recognize our level of loyalty with acknowledgement and maybe a couple bottles of water and a snack. That doesn't happen here. It is as if a Diamond member doesn't mean anything to Hilton here. The rooms are okay/average at best. Beds are on the side of uncomfortable and the pillows suck. If you are a broad shouldered person like me, you will need 3-4 of them. The water barely gets warm in the shower. And stop asking for housekeeping tips when you don't do a damn thing during my 3 day stay...literally nothing! Snacks? Forget about it! Worst selection of snacks and drinks of any Hilton property I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds! Stock up before arriving if you're staying more than one night. Now to breakfast. Who can screw up a 3-item "open, heat and serve" breakfast, right?? Answer: This hotel! Holy cows on high it was terrible! Actually unedible except for the cereal and make it yourself waffles. The "egg omelette", "biscuits and gravy", and "chicken sausage" were honestly the same temperature as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator. I watched every single person who chose to eat this stuff have to warm it up in the community microwave prior to being able to chew and swallow. Come on Hilton! Standards?!?! Do better!
