Weird think happened as soon as I pulled in the parking lot I received a text from Amex that I was charged $25. When I got to the check in counter I was asked for a card for $25 incidental fee. Showed her where I’d already been charged and they took care of it without me having to swipe my card and give $25 a second time. I’d definitely stay here again! Customer service is great! Cookies are always warm and chewy! Boulevard grill inside the hotel had a nice variety menu and chicken noodle soup that’ll give my mom some competition!!
