- JNJason Nielsen1 day ago5.0Great place to stay! Very clean and friendly staff, especially the Manager Jennifer. We had a booked an extra night accidentally and she was very prompt to correct the situation and make it right. We travel extensively and highly recommend staying at this hotel.
- EBEsteben Bene6 days ago2.0OVERPRICED Pass this one buy 🙋♂️🤷, after using rewards points to get the room down to a reasonable rate, Hilton slapped on almost $30 in taxes which inflated room rate to almost 160, must be a Hilton policy, same thing happened at Hampton Inn La Junta. Breakfast was low end, gravy appeared to be reheated from previous days, eggs watery, fruit over ripe, bananas black spots, no butter. Would not recommend this hotel !!!, Won’t be staying at Hiltons anymore
- KKKadin KaiserDec 23, 20254.0This was a decent 3-star hotel. Good front desk service and amazing breakfast! The room and bathroom were spotless! My room did also leave a bit to be desired though. The mattress wasn't great, the air conditioner was loud and rickety, and the garbage cans had no garbage bags in them. A box of tissues and a clock on the desk would've been a nice bonus. Overall though, it was a decent stay.

Cost cutting by Hilton is obvious in the little things; no water, kitchen utensils, or soap in the kitchen of our room. Large space but threadbare. Breakfast was a discount affair, A good place to get a quiet night’s sleep, though, and the staff was very kind.

She definitely had no clue what she was doing with our company group of people and getting our rooms straightened out . We've stayed at this hotel numerous times with our company due to the convenience but now I'm having second thoughts for our next stay. Please change her position and put her in the back away guests. By the way I booked our room with Travelocity 2 months ago and it was prepaid and she argued with us that it wasn't until I provided a receipt from my email and she had me and my hubby in two separate rooms . Then she didn't see the second room with a card on file with our company and was VERY rude about it until she saw it and then back tracked because she was embarrassed for being so tacky. I am NOT happy about this interaction!!!!!!!!😡
