I was in town for a funeral recently. The entire staff, and in particular Mary at the front desk, took excellent care of all of my family that stayed there. The hotel is clean and modern, the food is very good, and the location is great. Thanks again for taking great care of us!

My wife called three different times on 11-19-25 to make a reservation. She was told each time someone would call her back.No one ever did.I guess you don't want our business. We will find another hotel & casino to go to. Kenneth Mcguire I would like to say , we have stayed there many times in the past and have been very pleased with our stay each time . Thankyou, Jennifer! For reaching out and resolving the mixup of our reservation. Which wasn't the hotels fault but miscommunication on the casinos end. We look forward to staying with you again. Again, THANKYOU !!

I have stayed here many times and enjoyed it. One thing I look forward to is the hot tub. On this trip, I was very disappointed to find the hot tub is no longer here. I will find other accommodations in Dodge City in the future.

They took out the hot tub. That is a major attraction this place because all there is to do is gamble and hot tub. And now you can't hot tub! I don't think we'll be coming back we love to gamble but we also love the hot tub. Plus the fact the food at the restaurant in the casino has definitely gone downhill. I ordered a 14 oz ribeye of which 6 oz was inedible bristle. I don't think we'll be back.

We found this hotel on the way Florida. It’s located next to a large casino. That was lucky because we were able to get a nice dinner at the casino. Plenty of parking. A little ways off the highway so quiet, not right in the center of town so very safe. We had breakfast which is always good at these hotels. Rosemary, the staff member that takes care of the Breakfast was so friendly and kind, she made our morning wonderful. All of the staff we engaged with were very pleasant. I think it’s a Kansas thing. The beds were comfortable and the room adequate for the price. We would definitely stay here again.
