    Quiet location. Beautiful new facility. Very clean. Best shower in 3 weeks of travel! Highly recommend.

    Booked online and selected our room via the app. After we arrived, the room we selected was showing as not cleaned so they moved us to a different room. Not a big deal at all but I was then told I hadn’t paid for the room yet which is false. I looked on the app as well as my credit card app and both show it was paid. I’ll have to watch my credit card to see if I get double charged now. The room we were given is nice. It is clean and looks to be renovated. The bathroom sink faucet is leaking water onto the counter and the smoke detector has been removed. Other than that…I’m sure it’ll be ok.

    Definitely a nice hotel, compared to the rest in colby but the rooms are about half the size of normal rooms and the price was pretty high. Location is okish being right next to the truck stop with a subway. All in all a good experience!

    Everything was dirty, even the toilet. The shower handle was broken and fell off. The only chair in the room was a hard-seated office chair, very uncomfortable for watching TV. We reserved a room for our return trip, but had to cancel it due to the very poor conditions. We went to another hotel.

    Staff was initially rude. I walked in early to see if my room might be ready. The clerk was on the phone so I just waited off to the side. She stopped her conversation and said that check.in wasnt allowed until 3pm. I waited until she finished her conversation and inquired about checking in early if my room was available. She repeated that check.in wasnt until 3pm and that was the policy set by the manager. Sadly there isnt another hotel close because I would have gone straight there. Will never stay here again.
