    Very nice hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Had little extras for the oatmeal (sliced almonds, cranberries and almond milk). Chicken sausages were also excellent. Bed was super comfy.

    Have stayed at this hotel several times a year for the last three years and have noticed a steady decline. Just checked out of a Hampton in Plainfield Indiana today and this place is poor in comparison. Only 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 hand towel, all of which should be thrown away. No trash can liners and no in room safe. In addition, I Prechecked in on my Hilton honors App today and selected my room. They had no record of this and didn’t even know I was Hilton Honors Gold member. We pay a premium at this location because of its proximity to Grand Park Sports Complex, so when we come for family visits to Westfield, we expect to pay more but the quality is slipping. I know this property changed ownership in the last year or so. You can really see the difference. Not good. Update on the reservation snafu. A marvelous employee who we have worked with many times named Jack, figured out that someone’s Expedia reservation was comingled on my Hilton Honors number. He was able to see why I was checked out after only 2 of my 11 night stay. He also got us some clean towels. Thank you Jack!

    I stay at this property twice a week for business, and this will continue long-term. My first check-in was excellent—the younger associate with long hair was quick, helpful, and genuinely kind. My second stay and third, however, was very different. The supervisor who checked us in was dismissive and unprofessional. He remained on the phone taking a reservation while three guests stood waiting, and when I politely asked if someone else could assist, he simply said, “No, that’s me.” After a 10-hour drive through rain and snow, being ignored at the counter and met with rude looks and an attitude is unacceptable. Guests who are physically present should be prioritized, and online reservations are always an option for callers. This happened TWICE. TWICE - 2 TIMES IN A ROW! It was also disappointing that he didn’t acknowledge my Diamond status, offer water, or extend any of the usual courtesies. Being placed in an ADA room—with no explanation—made the experience feel even more inconsiderate. The contrast between the two employees was striking. The first associate not only recognized my status and offered water, but even brought a remote to my room and was genuinely friendly. The supervisor could learn a great deal from him about professionalism and guest service. Pool broken for weeks Dirty shower like filthy Bed sheets dirty tons of other people's hair Awful smell in rooms Gross Done with this property and begged my company to stop booking here. I also don't get any points or anything because we have to use a service to book this room so they don't even register my stays in my Hilton account or give me any points.

    Stayed here for work for one week. Very nice/modern compared to other Hampton Inns in central Indiana. Excellent front desk staff. Rm 203- hair dryer needs replacing and the bathroom sink drains very slowly, otherwise 0 issues, would stay again.

    We've been traveling the past two weeks. We've stayed in four different hotels. This one was head & shoulders above rhe other 3. The bed was super comfy, the people are really nice. The hotel is easy access to hwy 31. The hotel has a discount agreement with the local restaurants that surround them. We weren't able to take advantage of any of them this visit but we'll make sure to use them next time. We will definitely be back.
