    Stayed here for work for one week. Very nice/modern compared to other Hampton Inns in central Indiana. Excellent front desk staff. Rm 203- hair dryer needs replacing and the bathroom sink drains very slowly, otherwise 0 issues, would stay again.

    We've been traveling the past two weeks. We've stayed in four different hotels. This one was head & shoulders above rhe other 3. The bed was super comfy, the people are really nice. The hotel is easy access to hwy 31. The hotel has a discount agreement with the local restaurants that surround them. We weren't able to take advantage of any of them this visit but we'll make sure to use them next time. We will definitely be back.

    Reason for only four stars is because the indoor pool was closed. Waiting on a part for the heater. We booked this location for visiting family and friends that have children to use the pool. Very disappointed.

    Bed was hard. AC was loud. Shower water pressure sucked. Breakfast was average. Dead bolt lock didn't work from inside. Sat back on the toilet seat and the toilet leaked. No USB-C charger ports. Only one of the two USB ports worked. Only good thing was the location.

    I had a 3 night reservation, but only was able to stay for 2 nights. I indicated this at check-in, and even offered to pay a higher price for 2 nights. But they had zero flexibility, would not change anything and did not care because the reservation was made under a group reservation. I emailed the manager, Justin, the first night, as Hilton instructed me to do, but after 5 days, I still have not received a reply. Buyer beware! As for the rooms, there was hair in the shower and beer cap by the coffee - it showed the degree of attention. Disappointed.
