The bed was super comfy, the people are really nice. The hotel is easy access to hwy 31. The hotel has a discount agreement with the local restaurants that surround them. We weren't able to take advantage of any of them this visit but we'll make sure to use them next time. We will definitely be back.

But they had zero flexibility, would not change anything and did not care because the reservation was made under a group reservation. I emailed the manager, Justin, the first night, as Hilton instructed me to do, but after 5 days, I still have not received a reply. Buyer beware! As for the rooms, there was hair in the shower and beer cap by the coffee - it showed the degree of attention. Disappointed.
