The door going in from patio was not working, had to call front desk to let us in twice. Cold coffee in the early evening. Breakfast could have been hotter. Watered down oatmeal, watery scrambled eggs. Girl at front desk from 3pm to 11pm on 10/15/25 and back again 10/16/25 before 10am was awesome.

Day 1, our room came short on towels, we had to go the the front desk for more. Day 2, my son fell ill and we had to skip our service. We requested service the next day which the front desk put us down for. They did not arrive until 3:30pm to which we were back needing our room to get ready for a wedding. We asked the attendant to provide sheets, and we just did the work ourselves. We asked if he could get us a new comforter for the bed, he said yes, took the comforter and never came back with a new one. Additionally did not take out the trash nor provide toilet paper so I had to grab that off his cart myself and take out the trash on my own. Our final day we had service again. I walked into the room with the bed stripped and no one continuing to work on the room. I had to track housekeeping down and ask they finish the room. Additionally, we thought the breakfast was sub par to other hotels and the icing on the cake was when we went to check out and the front desk gal was sitting on her phone not paying attention. Hope the feedback helps.
