- NTNate Thompson1 day ago5.0I give five stars to the breakfast team (John&Ashley ) All the food was amazing and their hospitality and service made you feel right at home. I gave five stars to everything except for the service I gave that a three stars because the first shift lady did not want to do her job properly My check-in was at 3 PM and I could not check in with my digital key until 4 PM, Also, she tried arguing with us saying that we didn’t have a card on file which we absolutely have. We are diamond members so we stay at these hotels very very often, but other than that, this is definitely the hotel you want to stay at.

- CRCJ Ridley5 days ago5.0I’m currently staying here during my travel for work, and this is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Paul and Clinton at the front desk have been amazing with assisting me during my stay. Always attentive and great with communication. The rooms were clean and bed really comfortable. Amenities were really nice as well. Nice fitness room and indoor pool. There’s also plenty of good restaurants and even a shopping mall within 5 miles of the property. The Staff were very nice, friendly, and accommodating also. Breakfast was actually pretty top tier as well. Keep up the great service here to all the staff and team members. I’ll definitely be returning whenever working near Muncie!
