Great location right next to the mall and lots of restaurants….and gummy bear factory :) Absolutely fantastic and friendly staff. As a frequent traveler, it was so refreshing to be greeted with genuine smiles and with a staff that honestly seems to care about the customer experience. A perfect stay.

She turns a difficult morning into a blessed one. The ladies at the front especially with Ms.Anette in the morning are so pleasant and they are worth their weight in gold.
- HHHymaNov 2, 20251.0I was sleeping peacefully then came the false alarm at 23:35 , the whole hotel had come down and the front desk said it was a false alarm. We went back to our rooms and the false alarm started going off several times in the night , when I called the front desk if it was a true or false alarm he said it was a false alarm and they are trying to fix it ?? I had an early morning flight the following and had to drive to IND which is 2 hours from the location. Barely got any sleep. Pathetic and horrible experience. Never ever coming back again. Also please fix your team. HORRIBLE. The sound still rings in my ears.

Breakfast was good - smaller selection but fresh and very tasty! The rooms were a tad smaller than my liking & not as soundproof as I would have preferred but it was a perfect hotel for our one night stay on our road trip. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. :)
