Without entering the room, I went to breakfast and received an emergency call for work upon which I promptly returned to the hotel, indicating I did not need the room The front desk staff acknowledged the room was not used. I was told by the front desk staff while they were talking to the manager for instructions In order for me to receive the refund, I would just have to cancel through the third-party first. I explained my situation to dayuse and they obliged by issuing a cancellation. While the third-party issued the cancellation without question, upper management later refused to issue a refund on their end, even though the room had not been touched. Poor customer service

The building, furnishings, flooring, bathroom, paint, and surfaces have all been rehabbed/replaced. There was plenty of in room lighting. It was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable, and my room was very spacious. The furnishings are not necessarily intended to look rich, but they are new, clean, and unblemished. The staff were graciously intent on providing a positive experience. Breakfast is available, and coffee and tea are always available as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
