Staff is nice but I am truly upset with the fact that staff lie about a room not be available when I select the room itself and then told me that the room was under construction but then Tuesday I hear very very loud footsteps above me which is the wrong they stated would not be occupied while I am here. I only pick that room because it is at the top floor and I also do not like someone above me as I am a light sleeper and now I hear loud footsteps all night long.
