    Currently staying at the hotel and rooms are okay same like most Hilton. Staff is nice but I am truly upset with the fact that staff lie about a room not be available when I select the room itself and then told me that the room was under construction but then Tuesday I hear very very loud footsteps above me which is the wrong they stated would not be occupied while I am here. I only pick that room because it is at the top floor and I also do not like someone above me as I am a light sleeper and now I hear loud footsteps all night long.

    Rob and Ladonna are LIFESAVERS. After another nearby hotel messed up our reservation, we found ourselves with no rooms For our family of six. Rob and Ladonna worked very hard to get us perfect set of rooms. They went above and beyond and I'm very grateful for them and for this hotel! 5 out of 5, would stay here again! (Also, rooms are modern and clean and prices are great!)

    I’ll give my stay here at 1 Star rating for the experience I had. I am only being nice because everything else was normal. This hotel allowed a cleanup crew to repair a flooded hallway at 5AM outside of my room and many other guests were not as kind as I was. Loud voices, music blaring from phones, and a high power extraction device outside guests rooms at 5 in the morning!! Consistently. It didn’t last 6 minutes.. It lasted for 1.5 hours. I average 14-20 hotels a month because of my job, and this is by far the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I hope the management of this hotel rethinks their decision to let any repair crew work in the early morning while most of the guests are trying to sleep The next time your ice machine floods the hallway, wait until after checkout for the crew to come dry the hallway.

    Was not happy with my experience for the first time there..especially with seeing bout 12 flies in my window had to call the front desk to have someone come kill them.. did not see them until my 6 year old was killing some in the window..And was not informed that you had to pay for breakfast.. I booked two rooms last minute. I wish i would of went to another hotel…
